Glass Bead Technology Stops Marking
Durable Construction:
Glass beads, adhesive and film are extremely tough and resistant
to oils and mild press washes.
Dense Glass Bead Matrix:
Supports the printed sheet evenly and prevents ink buildup
in the area between the glass beads. Glass bead surfaces are easy to clean and naturally
repel ink buildup.
Monolayer:
A perfect single layer of glass beads guarantees equal support and release
across the entire wet printed sheet width, thereby eliminating marking.
Glass Bead Diameter:
Provides a uniform bead height at every point of contact
with the wet printed sheet. Choose from a variety of glass bead sizes (Small, Large) and
smoothness levels to maximize your printing yield.
